For months, I have been fighting a "Big Law" firm, McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter (MDMC), and a hotel management team that admitted to forgery on the witness stand. Because of their "Malicious Intent" and the "Judicial Apathy" of the Monmouth County courts, my daughter and I were rendered homeless, and my documented, medically-chipped service animal, Manni, lost his life to the systemic failures they created.
The "Paperwork Trail" They Ignored
I have sent the evidence. I have filed the Case Jackets. Yet, the elected decision-makers—the ones who ask for your vote—have remained silent. They are very aware that Judge O'Malley, Judge Cagan, and Judge Marshall bypassed the NJ Anti-Eviction Act and ignored federal McKinney-Vento protections for my honor-student daughter.
I am making it clear today: None of these people will get my vote. If you cannot protect a Veteran and a child from admitted fraud, you do not deserve to hold office. I will be marking my own name on the ballot because I have proven I can do their job better than they can.
