The individual has been caught. I am officially notifying all 200+ supporters that Robert Nicholas has been personally served. For months, this individual and the hotel management attempted to hide behind a corporate shield and high-priced attorneys from McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter (MDMC). By perfecting service on him personally, we have stripped away that protection. He is now a named defendant in the civil lawsuit for his role in the admitted forgery and the unauthorized practice of law.

The Evidence is in the Right Hands

I have officially bypassed the local failures in Monmouth County. The full case jackets—containing every transcript where forgery was admitted and every order where my rights as a Veteran and a mother were ignored—have been delivered to:

• The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct (ACJC) (Investigating Judges O'Malley, Cagan, and Marshall)

• The Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE) (Investigating the conduct of Katie Klodowski and the MDMC firm)

The "Manni" Legacy is Viral

Our demand for #JusticeForManni has reached over 7,000 views on TikTok and is spreading across Nextdoor and Google. Your donations to boost these posts are working. The world is now seeing the ADA violations and the "Judicial Apathy" that led to the tragic loss of a documented service animal.

The Tuesday Deadline: April 7th

This Tuesday, I file my final response with the Appellate Division in Trenton. We are no longer asking for fairness; we are documenting Systemic Fraud. While the "Big Law" firm scrambles to explain why they allowed a non-lawyer to represent a business in violation of Rule 1:21-1(c), we are standing on the truth.

NEXT STEPS:

1. CALL FOR ACCOUNTABILITY: I have posted the phone numbers for the ACJC (609-815-2900) and the OAE (609-403-7800) on my social media.

2. SHARE THE PETITION: We are closing in on 300 signatures. Let’s hit that goal before the court opens on Monday morning.

3. WATCH THE CLOCK: The system thought they could wait us out. They were wrong.

Thank you for your continued support and donations. We are auditing the system, one "Case Jacket" at a time.
