The Issue

We, undersigned, are deeply concerned about the fraudulent practices of SadaPay, a Pakistani digital financial services company targeting freelancers and small businesses. SadaPay has exhibited a troubling pattern of actions that have harmed many within the freelance and small business community.

SadaPay's misconduct includes withholding payments without explanation, excessive document requests, and abrupt account bans, all of which have resulted in substantial financial losses and hardships for those relying on their services.

Furthermore, SadaPay has been criticized for its poor customer service and a glaring lack of transparency in its operations. These actions undermine the trust and confidence that freelancers and small businesses place in the company.

We hereby demand the following actions be taken:

1. A Comprehensive Investigation: Initiate a thorough investigation into SadaPay's practices to uncover any fraudulent or unethical activities.

2. Compensation for Victims: Ensure fair compensation for all freelancers and small businesses adversely affected by SadaPay's actions.

3. Policy Reforms: Implement necessary changes to SadaPay's policies and procedures to prevent further instances of fraud and abuse.

4. Transparency and Accountability: Demand increased transparency and accountability from SadaPay to regain the trust of its customers.

We urgently call upon the Pakistani government and financial regulators to take swift and decisive action against SadaPay to safeguard the interests of freelancers and small businesses who have fallen victim to this unscrupulous company.

Please join us in this important cause by signing this petition and sharing it with your friends, family, and colleagues. Together, we can raise awareness about SadaPay's fraudulent practices and work towards holding them accountable for their actions.
