I, like countless others, am in despair as I see my fellow American citizens fall victim to known terrorists who have managed to cross our borders illegally. The heartache, the fear, and the anger fill me as I see our communities falling apart, our safety constantly under threat. This state of affairs is heavily linked to the open-border policy of the Biden-Harris administration.

It's not hyperbole to say that our country's security is at an indefensible risk. We The People for Justice implore the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate to thoroughly investigate the potential impeachment of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for High Crimes and Misdemeanors.

We call for accountability. It is high time for those in power to take responsibility for their actions, particularly when those actions are leading to the loss of American lives in our homeland. We should never have to stand helpless as terrorists, listed on watchlists, freely enter and roam our shores. These invaders should be apprehended, incarcerated, and deported as the law prescribes.

Petition to Investigate for Impeachment of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for High Crimes and Misdemeanors

We, the undersigned American citizens, along with concerned political leaders and representatives of the United States, are gravely concerned about the national security threats posed by the Biden-Harris administration's open-border policies, as outlined in the August 5, 2024 interim staff report: TERROR AT OUR DOOR: HOW THE BIDEN-HARRIS ADMINISTRATION’S OPEN-BORDERS POLICIES UNDERMINE NATIONAL SECURITY AND ENDANGER AMERICANS, issued by the Committee on the Judiciary and the Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement.

The report reveals disturbing evidence that:

Terrorists and individuals on terrorist watchlists have been allowed to enter the U.S. due to inadequate border security measures and flaws in immigration policies.
ICE officials have raised alarms about the difficulties in arresting and tracking national security threats in the U.S. due to insufficient resources and the lack of digital footprints of illegal immigrants who have recently crossed the border.
Immigration judges have granted bond to known or suspected terrorists and others on the terrorist watchlist, while critical national security information has not been adequately shared with these courts.
The administration’s policies have created national security loopholes that incentivize bad actors, including terrorists, to exploit the U.S. immigration system.
These revelations suggest a gross failure of duty and a disregard for the safety and security of American citizens. By knowingly permitting individuals with potential ties to terrorist organizations to enter the country and benefit from lenient immigration enforcement, the Biden-Harris administration has endangered the lives of law-abiding Americans and compromised national security.

We demand an investigation into the following:
Did President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and their administration knowingly allow individuals associated with terrorist organizations to enter the United States through flawed immigration policies?
Were these actions part of a broader negligence or failure to enforce the law, thus rising to the level of “high crimes and misdemeanors” as defined by the U.S. Constitution?
Are these actions grounds for impeachment, based on evidence of gross negligence, willful disregard for national security, and failure to uphold the President and Vice President's oath of office to protect and defend the United States?
Call to Action:
We call on Congress to immediately investigate the administration’s handling of immigration and border security, with particular attention to the risks posed by terrorist threats. If the investigation concludes that President Biden, Vice President Harris, or any other members of their administration are guilty of “high crimes and misdemeanors,” we urge Congress to initiate impeachment proceedings to hold them accountable for their failure to protect the American people.
