If you would like to learn about the benefits of fasting, how it can help you if you have health challenges, you are welcome to attend the zoom event on Sunday at 8p.m. This talk is non-religious and will focus on how to fast healthily without hunger pangs etc. This ancient method of restoring health has also been found to be very beneficial for cancer patients.
