Hello my name is, Joseph J. Gentile, Jr. I had spent from July of 2005 to November of 2023 in New York State Prison! From Rikers Island to Sing Sing Correctional Facility i was setup and wrongfully convicted. Eighteen (18!) Years In New York State Prison! I’ve been on parole for nearly two years now. 20 years of oppression and misery for a crime done to me. I was setup by my former CEO Phil Caruso and P. Diddy, and even with the concrete evidence of my innocence I remain wrongfully convicted. Because as a favor to P. Diddy Former President B. Obama had “Red Flagged” all of my appeals. Mr Dowd admitted that he was ordered off of the investigation into my innocence. At the Behest of Former President Obama. Mr Obama did that as a favor for P. Diddy! The Queens district attorney and NYS Attorney General have been aware of the Clear Evidence of my innocence (recorded phone calls with my ex girl friend)  as well even prior to my fraudulent trial.

Yet till this very day, the Queens New York district attorney refuses to play one minute, of the (47min.) forty-seven minutes of conversation.

In these recorded phone calls my ex-girlfriend admits I did not rape or burn her. Further she goes on to admit that she was encouraged to file the fake charges against me. At the behest of the former CFO of my company who was fired by me for stealing over two hundred thousand dollars. All I am asking for is your support of this petition, to force a full and complete investigation into my wrongful conviction. In demanding the Queens County, New York, district attorney's office release the recorded phone calls that prove my innocence. #PlayThoseCalls! There is over fifty submitted appeals, both in state and Federal Court. All listing facts, that besides the recorded phone calls that prove my innocence. The Queens district attorney and NYPD are in possession of many pieces of evidence that again prove my innocence. All these facts can be found in all of my previously submitted "prose law motion/and appeals. The reason why the NYS Court system (especially at the pre-trial level, I e. the recorded phone calls! #PlayThoseCalls! has/had turned a blind eye and deaf ear to all of the evidence that proves my innocence. Was a multitude of letters from civic associations of Astoria, Queens, New York that underhandedly influenced both the court and district attorney's office against me.

The reason or motivation for these civic associations writing these letters against me. To turn the trial judge (2005-2007) and district attorney's office against me was my renting apartments to persons of color. In a building owned by my family in the middle of Astoria, Queens, New York. Back then Astoria was a predominantly Italian and Greek neighborhood. Again, #PlayThoseCalls!
