(1)     Investigate Judges in Maine, in particular Judge Moskowitz (Portland Maine), for what appears to be serious and widespread racketeering including but not limited to Judge Moskowitz's “administrative” oversight for Maine’s GALs;

(2)     Investigate Maine Judges, including Judge Moskowitz, related to judicial misconduct including violations of Equal Protection Under the Law.

(3)     The federal investigator must be from outside New England and hold no political connections to Maine.
