Had a supervised visitation with my youngest son. Jayce and Noah did not attend there was no reason that was given and there was no updates on their wellbeing.
Conner had a blast at visitation! We brought ice cream and Mcdonalds as there is no place for us to prepare a meal when there so I have to purchase fast food for dinner on visitation days. He requested chicken nuggets! We played with the activities that we brought from home, which included light up ballons, legos, nerf gun connect 4, we did temporary tattoos and Conner brought home a tattoo for each of his brothers. We played guess who, and bowling.
At the end of the visitation Conner gave me a hug and stated that he wasn't going to leave. I told him that they were there and he needed to get his coat on and he stated "what if i dont go" I told him he had to and that hopefully soon he will get to come home.
He has no idea that they are trying to remove him from our lives forever. No one has explained to him that he might not ever see us again. He is still under the impression that he might get to come home. I am not allowed to tell him what is going on with court if I do they will suspend our visitations.
We need signatures to help show the judge that these boys need to come home and that what ICHHS is doing is not okay and that it is effecting these children immensely! My children have a right to be present for court, they have a right to let their voices be herd and the county and the courts have not done anything to make sure that this is happening nor have they tried to do anything to allow through other measures for this to happen. My children have no clue what's happening. They have no idea that in a month they may never see or talk to us again, and it will be sudden without explanation and without goodbyes,
