The agency has submitted information to the courts that is reciting what was said during a trial that started over 3 months ago. And has been suspended up until this point. The information they included in the memo is reciting the extensive testimony that was herd yet the information provided is not accurate. This was done to refresh the judges mind prior to the trial resuming months later and it should not be what is used by the judge to refresh her memory of trial and instead court transcripts or a re trial should happen. This is not happening and this information is being provided as fact as to the trial testimony that is false. We need more signatures for the agency and the judicial systems to take accountability into their unjustified actions and illegal standards
