Your support and help is needed with demanding change of a corrupt system in the Dupage County States Attorneys Office which appears to be allegedly designed to target, entrap and capitalize from the African American and Latino communities.

Attached is a petition seeking an official investigation into the practices of the States Attorneys Bob Berlin's Prosecutors Office.

We demand an official investigation of past and present cases that are in question of discrimination, bias practices and excessive sentencing as what we believe to be the case of:

Leonard Webster is a property investor and local business man that has been falsely accused and forced to plea guilty after a his co-defendant cooperated with the state to drop all charges against him self and to target Leonard websters instead. Because of that arrangement with the co-defendent Mr Webster was forced to agree to a plea agreement to a serious drug offenses because of the threat of a thirty year sentence under durest.
