As a dedicated fan of the Indiana Fever, I have always cherished the energy, passion, and community spirit that the WNBA embodies. However, recent developments have left me, and many other fans, feeling alienated and unfairly targeted. Despite our unwavering support, we find ourselves being unjustly blamed for harassment incidents aimed at specific players, incidents for which there is no evidence implicating our fan base. This unfair stigmatization is damaging not only to our reputations but also to the supportive and positive atmosphere we strive to uphold within the WNBA community. The commissioner’s job is to regulate the entire league, promote good sportsmanship with a system of FairPlay. Unfortunately though she has encouraged & rewarded assaults & poor sportsmanship, especially when it concerns Caitlin Clark. Admitted that referees did poorly last season but only getting worse in this new season. The Fever are playing against the opponent teams, refs, race baiters, liars & most unfortunately the media who no longer report truth but push hateful agendas.

It is deeply troubling to observe how Commissioner Kathy Englebert appears dismissive about crucial issues such as player safety and wellbeing, particularly concerning rising stars like Caitlyn Clark. Safety and wellbeing are paramount in sports, yet the seeming neglect of these concerns by those in power sends a disheartening message to players and fans alike. Raising awareness for such issues should be a priority, ensuring every player performs in an environment where they feel secure and valued.

Moreover, actions taken under Commissioner Englebert's leadership have led many to believe that there's an intentional effort to force out passionate fans of the Indiana Fever from the WNBA. This perceived campaign against a loyal fan base undermines the very essence of why sports exist — to unite and inspire. A transparent investigation into these policies and approaches is necessary to rebuild trust and ensure the league operates under principles of fairness and integrity. And promoting racial tension where there should be none. 

This petition aims to urge relevant investigative bodies to scrutinize Commissioner Kathy Englebert's methods. By examining both the accusations against fans and handling of player concerns, we can ensure the WNBA remains a beacon of empowerment and unity for both players and fans.
