The Issue

I recently paid more than 5.5 lakh INR for a Club Mahindra membership, and today I find myself unable to utilize it effectively. Unfortunately, my experience is not unique. After speaking with numerous other paid members, an alarming majority, over 70%, expressed dissatisfaction and financial loss due to their memberships.

Club Mahindra, known as part of India's top ten business hubs, has targeted the middle-class service sector with enticing offers. Yet, this membership appears unsuitable for middle-class income groups. Once members have paid their fees, they often encounter unresponsiveness and demands for additional fees from the company. This pattern of behavior not only erodes trust but also imposes an unfair financial burden on members who entered the agreement with good faith.

The problems seem systemic, with numerous members finding themselves in similar situations. Many report difficulties in booking holidays, inflated price structures, and poor customer service post-payment. It raises a critical question: is Club Mahindra misrepresenting its membership benefits to exploit middle-class sentiment?

It is crucial that authorities look into these allegations to ensure transparency and fairness in Club Mahindra's practices. I urge the relevant consumer protection bodies and business watchdogs to conduct a thorough investigation into these practices. Members deserve better transparency and certainly a fair return on their investment.

Sign this petition to demand accountability and bring attention to the plight of thousands of dissatisfied Club Mahindra members. Together, we can seek justice and ensure fair treatment for all members.
