We have reached 5 signatures. We need to keep this up. Hopefully the right people can be reached and seriously start an investigation against the Allegany County States Attorney's office. For millions of Americans who want Fentanyl stopped and the criminals involved in it thrown into prison. In Allegany County. They don't follow the law against Fentanyl. They throw out every single charge of Fentanyl. The reason is that to States Attorney Elliott and his staff. They want people to not have justice. Fentanyl manufacturing like Meth is a crime. It isn't all made in China. But made right at home especially in Allegany County. Unlike Meth where the signs are visible like being cut by glass. Fentanyl can be made into anything like a drink. But the States Attorney office led by Mr Elliott is breaking the law by not prosecuting such suspects. It is time to remove Mr Elliott from office. Someone with 4 children like Mr Elliott and claimed to had busted drug dealers. Literally doesn't send them to prison like Mrs Mallow.  He knew Mrs Mallow kept her kid out of school for a year during the same period he and his drug task force whose work got wasted while she made narcotics endangering her kids life. His office had evidence to prosecute for Fentanyl of many others.

It is time to say to say to the politicians and prosecutors who can remove and prosecute Mr Elliott for misconduct and corruption in office. They must do their job. This petition is the only way to get their attention.
