More than 63,800 lives lost in 2016

My daughters death dealer was arrested in March for dealing drugs. He was never charged in the death of my daughter The Richmond police department lead detective told me that my daughters case didn’t warrant an investigation. I think that ALL OVERDOSED CASES need investigated. My daughter had 4 1/2 times the lethal dose of Fentanyl in her system. That fact alone should’ve opened up an investigation. For all we know she could’ve been given a “hot shot” which means an intentional lethal dose. My daughters death dealer was sentenced to 4 years incarceration & the judge allowed him to attend a family members funeral as well as spend a few days with his 6 kids for Christmas before being retained. I’m angry, I NEVER GET TO SPEND ANOTHER CHRISTMAS WITH MY CHILD! I don’t think that this judge even considered the fact this guys product could’ve killed several people. I want to thank all who have supported this petition & I hope that this petition will continue to be signed and shared. There is no denying the fact that we are in an epidemic. My daughter became a statistic. She was among the more than 63,800 individuals that lost their life in 2016.
