SHARIA LAW & MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD

A. We call on the Australian Government to publicly denounce Sharia Law and Reject any attempt to introduce it, in any form. 

B. We call on the government to commission an independent investigation into the activities, funding, community and political influence of the Muslim Brotherhood in Australia 

The investigation should establish: 

(1) Which Australian organisations have organisational or financial links to Muslim Brotherhood networks.

(2) The sources, amounts and purposes of foreign funding received by those organisations; with a specific focus on private schools and universities 

(3) Whether foreign-funded organisations are attempting to influence Australian political parties, government policy, educational institutions or public bodies.

(4) Whether existing laws governing foreign influence, financial transparency and national security are adequate and being properly enforced.

(5) Whether legislative or regulatory reforms are necessary to protect Australia's democratic institutions.

We ask the Government to publish the findings, subject to legitimate national security and privacy restrictions, and refer evidence of unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

This petition seeks transparent, evidence-based scrutiny of organisations and their activities. It does not seek to restrict lawful religious practice or unfairly target Australian Muslims.

Australians deserve to know whether foreign-funded ideological networks are influencing decisions that affect our country's future.
