History of ME/CFS by Dr Shepherd from ME Association

ME/CFS has had a controversial history as to why meaningful research has not been done leaving thousands of people like my daughter and Beth Dobbin a former Olympic sprinter who sufferer who was interviewed recently, without treatment or care and little hope of recovery. Only around 5 - 10% make a full recovery out of over 400,000 people who have ME/CFS with the number rising to 1.4 million when including those who suffer long covid who meet the threshold for an ME/CFS diagnosis.
