We, the educators of Early Learning and Childcare in the province of New Brunswick, believe that our work is of immense importance and value to the future of our children, families, and society.

As dedicated professionals, we are committed to providing high-quality care and education, fostering the growth and development of young minds.
However, we believe our contributions deserve greater recognition and support.

We call upon the Government of New Brunswick to:

• Improve working conditions to ensure they are healthy, respectful, and mindful of workloads, providing an environment where educators can thrive.
• Increase wages for Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) to reflect the critical role we play in the sector.
• Provide contribution packages that support retirement, ensuring financial security for educators in their later years.
• Provide paid sick days to protect the health and well-being of educators.
• Ensure consistency in support for children, providing the resources needed to offer the best care possible. 

We believe that by addressing these needs, we can continue to provide exceptional care and education, ensuring a brighter future for the children and families we serve.
