Australia has some of the weakest penalties for pedophiles. Convicted pedophiles are only getting a few months or a few years in prison, while their victims innocence is gone forever. China has just introduced the death penalty for convicted pedophiles which would save space in prisons and tax payers dollers. Although, the death penalty was abolished in 1985 in Australia, we need tougher penalties that deter people from childhood abuse & sexual assault.
