Thank you to everyone for signing and sharing the petition - we are now at over 7000 signatures and still climbing!
Thank you also to everyone who participated in the Coles Maybelline Trials by purchasing products or spreading the word. The in-store stands are now gone, however both Coles and Woolworths are still running online trial sales of all 40 shades of Maybelline in selected suburbs (Woolworths in Melbourne and Sydney, home delivery only; Coles in limited suburbs across the country).
We are now in the process of awaiting responses from Coles and Woolworths on the future of their ranging based on the data gained from their trials.
The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission have been very supportive pursuing my discrimination claim against both companies on the grounds of discrimination against skin colour, as per the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. We are also awaiting responses from both legal teams in regards to the claims.
I'll provide more information as soon as we hear anything!
