Good morning to all of our loyal petition signatories.

Its been a couple of weeks since I have sent an update.

Currently we have 1420  people who have signed up, a good number I know but there should be many more. So please share this petition with your friends on social media. Even if you have shared previously, it sometimes needs a reminder to get  them to actually sign. If you can afford to, please contribute  have have  the messaged distributed as widely as possible.

I have written to the Minister requesting a meeting with her to allow the presentation of the petition  and to outline the  Mildura - Maryborough shuttle to make the Mildura service possible at the most reasonable cost.

I have also asked our local members office to follow up our request. To date we have received nothing from the Minister and I suspect that if it does not happen in the next few days, them it will be into next year before we get our meeting.

We can use this extra time to boost the petition further if this is the case.

Thanks to everyone for their support and rest assured, we will keep on the case.
