Intersectionality involves those who have two different characteristics protected under the Equality Act 2010. However, s.14 of the Equality Act that is meant to protect those with dual characterstics has been enacted. This petition requests others to help convince Parliament to issue a commencement order so that those affected will be protected under the law.
