Khartoum, February 3, 2019
To our rebellious people
To all human rights organizations
To the living conscience around the world
The Repressive Apparatus of the Sudanese Regime is practicing torture and abuse against The heroic Daughters and Sons of our beloved country, who exercise their right guaranteed by the Sudanese constitution and the law in conformity with the international conventions and treaties by expressing their opinion by peaceful means.
This brutality cannot be tolerated.
The repressive apparatuses resort to the method of assassinations and liquidation. The apparatus inside the prisons has so far tortured to death a group of peaceful demonstrators:
1. Abdulrahman Al-Sadiq Samel (student at the Faculty of Arts, Khartoum State University III - Khartoum State)
2. Mujahid Abdullah Suleiman (20 years driver of a private transport car - Gedaref State)
3. Mahjoub Al-Taj Mahjoob (student at the Faculty of Medicine, Al-Razi University, 2nd level, Khartoum State)
4. Hassan Talah (Free Works - Wahabah South Darfur)
5. Faiz Abdullah Omar Adam (Armed Forces Pensioner - South Darfur State)
6. Professor. Ahmed Khair (teacher in Khashm Al-Qurba schools - Kassala province, eastern Sudan)
These blatant violations indicate that the detainees, including some women, children and minors, are in extremely serious danger to their lives. Mohammed Naji Al-Aamam, the official spokesperson for the professional gathering, is subjected to terrible torture and serious medical condition, as well as lawyer Beniela Salah Adam El-Nour (Al-Limouni) is subjected to torture under extremely harsh conditions.
· We warn the security forces against the violation of the law, the constitution and the signed and ratified human rights instruments regarding illegal detention, treatment of political prisoners, extrajudicial killings and the law, and call on them to release all detainees unconditionally.
· We appeal to all relevant human rights bodies to immediately intervene to protect the lives of peaceful Sudanese citizens within the regime.
We confirm
The use of all peaceful methods of demonstrations, strikes and sit-ins are rights guaranteed by law and the Constitution is the way to freedom, dignity and the regime change.
Long live the glorious December Revolution: To the palace until victory.
