Update 2020

I now like the more common sci-fi name Persephone better (there was a petition on this site to have Planet Nine named that, but it was closed). However, I will keep this petition up for a reason: let's have Planet Nine be officially named Persephone but nicknamed Ghost Zone! (Douglas Adams, for his book Mostly Harmless, had a tenth planet officially named Persephone but nicknamed "Rupert" after "some astronomer's parrot)
