Thank you all for the support! Looking to propose a bill

I'm seeing several petitions regarding Harambe the gorilla who was senselessly killed. I am grateful so many people are caring about this story. Since this has reached the hearts of many I am going to learn about proposing a bill to hopefully put an end to zoo's and ban them for good. Now I know this won't be easy but with the support of all those who I feel anything will be possible. If anyone can help that will be greatly appreciated. Enjoy this video of Harambe eating celery <3
