The petition is set to be mailed tomorrow. I have received an update from District 11 DOT: "As you had asked to be kept informed on the progress of the traffic study, I wanted to let you know that we are needing to gather some more data at the intersection. However, we have been delayed due to inclement weather which can impact/lower traffic volumes. There is also no school in Laurel County next week, and we need to include school traffic in our analysis. We will be unable to perform the additional traffic counts until at least the week of April 9. Because of this, we will not complete our engineering study and have a recommendation until late April. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance."
