Victory! PLT flagpole to fly the South Viet Nam flag MOU signed and approved.

As of 01/27/2024, the MOU has been signed by the board of directors of Asian Garden Mall and the City of Westminster (represented and driven by Mr. Mayor Charlie Chi Nguyen). The process was lengthy but worth it. The flagpole to fly the South VN flag inside the Asian Garden Mall parking is a historic monument and a great blessing for our South Vietnam refugees worldwide. On behalf of the people who have signed this petition, Thank you, Mr. Mayor and all involved, and special thanks to Mr. Frank Yao (Trieu Phat) and the Asian Garden Mall board of directors for making this possible.
