Install New CEO for Harley Davidson restore company founding principles

The Issue

My story is inextricably bound to Harley Davidson – a brand intertwined with the American Dream, an emblem of an all-American product. With time, however, Harley has strayed from its path and is now seen as a farce; the bikes are no longer wholly American-made. This derision must cease, and Harley Davidson must return to embodying the Classic American Dream.

About Me:  My father helped pioneer the lottery and gaming industry in this country and in Europe, my mother was an ER nurse at Lansing General, my sister was a business major.  My father and two of my uncles all served this country, dad was Army and one uncle was Navy 25yrs and the other uncle was lifetime Air Force.  I come from a very strong proud business minded American family.  I RIDE and am a part of the culture and community.  I can easily identify with like minded people.  I respect the history and teach it to the next generation when able.  I respect our veterans, I respect the Clubs, I respect the individuals that make this a great American tradition.  I want to see Made in America again on the Harley from top to bottom, I want manufacturing and jobs BACK in America and not outsourced.  I am a believer in home made goods and services and a proud supporter.  I know HD has lost a lot of trust in its American consumers, I'd like to gain that trust back and provide that American dream to ride an all American made motorcycle.  I'm here to make Harley Davidson shine again like never before.

By installing a new CEO and halting DEI policies, we could reclaim Harley Davidson’s legacy and original ethos. Numerous studies have shown that significant management changes can generate beneficial effects on company performance (Source: Harvard Business Review). Instituting a new CEO could, thus, potentially rectify existing issues and restore the brand's credibility.

Furthermore, it is critical to consider the impact of DEI policies on public relations and the company overall. While DEI is essential in ensuring an inclusive workspace, it must not hinder the core values and objectives of the company. We must work to strike a balance and ensure that the legendary brand of Harley Davidson does not wane in market reputation or customer perception.

Join us in our fight to bring back the all-American spirit of Harley Davidson. Sign this petition and help us reinstate the Classic American Dream that Harley Davidson once was.

I solemnly vow to do my utmost and give my all to creating an honest level and bringing back Harley Davidson to ALL AMERICAN again, I will not stop until the racist DEI policies are GONE, we WILL be an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER regardless of skin color or ethnic backgrounds and WILL NOT hire exclusively based on those, we will focus on knowledge and actual experience!!!
