I believe we have 66 units in our building and we are now at 45 signatures. Thank you everyone who has contributed so far! Remember to also share with your friends and family that believe in this change as well.
And please don't hesitate to share your own experiences with having your packages stolen or just leaving general comments. It really helps make a point. 

Once we get a good amount of signatures, I will write a formal email with the petition included and send it to the owner, CEO and property managers of Mint Properties. If they do not properly respond or comply, I will contact lawyers and the home owners association to see what they can provide to the situation.
