Removed again

Unfortunately, the unsanctioned plant has been removed from the location.  This illustrates the need for a well planned, carefully placed and maintained plant is needed from the local government.  Please support this project and rest assured that with enough support and signatures, a formal proposal will be brought before the local government to consider and decide on.
