MAKE INSTAGRAM REVIEW APPEALS AND UNDISABLE ACCOUNTS!!
The Issue
If you are signing this petition it is because your account is disabled and you want it BACK. sign this petition to make @instagram reconsider disabling accounts that don’t need to be removed & responding accordingly to the appeals being made on it! I’ve sent over 10 appeals every week and do not get a response.. for almost 6 months. THERE ARE a lot of us going through this and if you are signing this it means you are also trying to appeal your way back into your original instagram. I haven’t gotten any response from instagram besides that Ive violated the guidelines which I believe was a mistake. WE WORK VERY HARD to achieve the followers we have and to create the connections we make we have to do a lot of work. we use our instagram handles for connections, we use our instagram handles to get what we want from our lives. I myself used my instagram for my mental health, advocating for human rights, and also used my following base to open their minds up towards worldwide oppression and fundraisers. I also used my instagram to store photos that have years and years of memories. I used my instagram for my mental health. I’m sure everybody does and knows what I feel. I was a working model and now I have to start all over again. I have to start my career all over again. I have to start this empire/process all over again. I have felt very depressed from this incident and I can’t imagine what it would do to people who self harm. It has been very hard to start my life all over again without my instagram as it does for every other account being wrongfully disabled! I do not understand why it has been disabled due to spam reports. I had my account taken down 3 times back to back in one week because of spam and instagram even said they did it by mistake. It’s been 6 months now. I haven’t found my sanity in this. If you are signing this petition you want instagram to do a better job at responding to appeals for disabled account that haven’t been reviewed! my handle was @teamteema but I hope this message helped instagram improve their system.
