Users of your app have pleaded for a long while now to have their feeds returned to their liking. The prevalence of ads and lack of engagement with “normal” or “non-business” accounts diminishes the efficiency of the app and completely disregards the interests of hundreds of thousands of loyal users. The choice to ignore the consumer has cultivated much frustration and this petition pledges to minimize use as much as possible until things are fair. We are not asking for ads to be removed, but for us to have some type of autonomy with our feeds. We ask the Instagram team to consider this change thoughtfully.
