As Expressed by many users, including also many influencers, MUA’s, Music Artists, literally everyone across the board, all over the world, of all ages,

we all want the explore, create, and notification tabs back on the bottom bar of our instagram layouts.

the way you had reels as a recommended row on the feed and in hashtags/explore before was better! shops should stay on actual shop pages, if you’re really trying to push more shopping put it somewhere on the explore page like you did with reels. 

stop trying to be everything, focus on your purpose of being a source of VISUAL CONTENT!

Instagram has tried to make annoying and terrible layout changed before, like you all remember when instagram almost became like tinder, swiping through pictures instead of scrolling? Like some weird fever dream wasn’t it. Thank god they unrolled that. 

Out of all the terrible updates/layout changes, this one equally as worst, as we have had these tabs since the app was created, a whole decade ago, and now they want to change things up with the reels and shop tab that have no reasonable purpose of being in the most accessible spots for the daily. deeply-ingrained habits of a user.

no one is shopping everyday, people want to check their notifications with a quick tap as it always had been, what’s the rationale of putting a thing people use all day in the most inconvenient spot. 

Change it back. Please, your app is becoming overly crowded with all the stuff you’re trying to force-stuff down our gullets and your layout completely makes no sense besides revealing how money-hungry and band-wagon you are, forgetting the sole essence and purpose of your app, content creation/sharing, for people sharing their personal lives with their friends and for those professionally who have social media presence.
