Instagram e Meta hanno superato ogni limite.

Il mio account è stato bloccato più volte e, anche dopo il ripristino, continuano a cancellare fotografie artistiche di uomini:

• uno scatto di spalle, con appena un accenno di lato B;
• un modello in mutande, che abbassa leggermente l’elastico senza mostrare nulla;
• un ritratto con torso nudo e appena un po’ di pube.

Nulla di pornografico. Nulla di offensivo. Solo fotografia artistica, espressione del corpo e della bellezza maschile.

Eppure queste immagini vengono rimosse.

Vi mostro alcune delle foto che sono state cancellate e per quali motivi:

 

 

Mentre, nello stesso Instagram, rimangono tranquillamente visibili centinaia di profili femminili con lingerie trasparente, pose apertamente sessuali, primi piani di vagine coperte appena da un velo, tette in piena vista, culi spalancati. Ecco a voi alcuni esempi:

 

 

Questo non è protezione della community. Questo è un doppio standard ipocrita, sessista, omofobo e queerfobo.

Perché se il corpo femminile seminudo viene celebrato, monetizzato e trasformato in business, quello maschile – soprattutto quando rappresentato da artisti queer o rivolto a un pubblico LGBTQ+ – viene visto come “pericoloso”, “osceno”, “inaccettabile”.

👉 Questo è sessismo.

👉 Questa è discriminazione di genere.

👉 Questa è omofobia.

👉 Questa è censura contro la libertà artistica e contro il collettivo queer.

Meta/Instagram giocano a fare i moralisti, ma la verità è che hanno costruito un sistema dove:

• le donne vengono rese “accettabili” se sessualizzate per lo sguardo maschile etero;
• gli uomini vengono demonizzati appena mostrano sensualità, nudità o erotismo, soprattutto in contesti queer.

Noi diciamo basta.

Cosa chiediamo a Meta/Instagram

• Regole uguali per tutti, senza discriminazione di genere o di orientamento sessuale.
• Fine della censura omofoboa e queerfoba: il corpo maschile non è osceno. La nudità queer non è pornografia.
• Trasparenza: criteri chiari, applicati allo stesso modo a tutti i generi.
• Rispetto per l’arte: distinguere tra pornografia e fotografia artistica.
   

Perché firmare

Perché questa lotta non è solo mia.

È la lotta di chiunque si sia sentito censurato, ridotto al silenzio o giudicato in base al proprio corpo, al proprio genere o al proprio orientamento sessuale.

Instagram non può continuare a fingere di proteggere, mentre perpetua discriminazione sessista, omofoba e queerfoba.

Instagram and Meta have crossed the line.

My account has been blocked multiple times and, even after being restored, they continue to delete artistic photographs of men:

• a shot from the back, with just a hint of butt;
• a model in underwear, slightly lowering the waistband without showing anything explicit;
• a portrait with a bare torso and just a glimpse of pubic hair. 

Nothing pornographic. Nothing offensive. Just artistic photography, an expression of the male body and male beauty.

And yet, these images are removed.

Here are some of the photos that were deleted and the alleged “reasons” why:

 

 

Meanwhile, on the very same Instagram, there are hundreds of female profiles freely showing: sheer lingerie, openly sexual poses, close-ups of vaginas barely covered by a veil, breasts fully exposed, spread-open asses. And here are some examples:

 

 

This is not “protecting the community.”

This is a hypocritical, sexist, homophobic, queerphobic double standard.

Because if the semi-nude female body is celebrated, monetized and turned into business, the male body – especially when represented by queer artists or addressed to an LGBTQ+ audience – is treated as “dangerous,” “obscene,” “unacceptable.”

👉 This is sexism.

👉 This is gender discrimination.

👉 This is homophobia.

👉 This is censorship against artistic freedom and against the queer community.

Meta/Instagram like to play moral police, but the truth is they have built a system where:

• women are made “acceptable” only if sexualized for the straight male gaze,
• men are demonized the moment they show sensuality, nudity or eroticism, especially in queer contexts.
   

We say enough.

What we demand from Meta/Instagram

• Equal rules for everyone, without gender or sexual orientation discrimination.
• An end to homophobic and queerphobic censorship: the male body is not obscene. Queer nudity is not pornography.
• Transparency: clear criteria, applied equally to all genders.
• Respect for art: distinguish between pornography and artistic photography.
   

Why sign

Because this fight is not just mine.

It’s the fight of everyone who has been censored, silenced, or judged because of their body, their gender, or their sexual orientation.

Instagram cannot continue to pretend to “protect,” while perpetuating sexist, homophobic, and queerphobic discrimination.
