The Issue
is fraudulently representing themselves as a breeder while procuring dogs elsewhere and re-selling them with forged documents through their Instagram/Facebook/Weebly website.
is posting and sharing intellectual property including photos of puppies that they have obtained from other breeders websites. This business is claiming these puppies as their own, advertising them on all social media platforms, and scamming people into sending them money to reserve puppies that are not even in their possession.

Shortly after her fraudulent activities went viral on social media a Facebook group was created for anyone who fell victim to this business. It was immediately flooded with posts by people who paid for a puppy they never received, people who feel they were fraudulently sold sick puppies, puppies that clearly were not mini or even goldendoodles or labradoodles — and some whose hair completely fell out after it appeared to be dyed with hair dye.
Since Fox 5 San Diego News has aired this story, more and more victims are coming forward.
recently disabled her Facebook page due to all the negative reviews she was receiving.
Instagram guidelines state “As always, you own the content you post on Instagram. Remember to post authentic content, and don’t post anything you’ve copied or collected from the Internet that you don’t have the right to post.”
Yet she is still operating her infringing activities through her account. 100s of people have reached out to instagram, but they have yet to suspend the account.
Instagrams community guidelines are pretty straight forward. It has been proved multiple times that this account goes against multiple different community standards. Behalf of all of her victims, including myself, I am hoping Instagram honors their own guidelines and bans before more people fall victim.

-You can't impersonate others or provide inaccurate information.
-You can't do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
-You can't post private or confidential information or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property.
-Share only photos and videos that you’ve taken or have the right to share.
-Instagram also prohibits the sale of live animals between private individuals
