BOARD MEETING TOMORROW! December 4th at 5:45pm

It is very apparent how the Board was able to work for Joe Maimone’s departure. They NEVER announced any Committee Meetings in violation of the Open Meeting Laws. Until we publicized their wrongdoing. 

Now, they figure they can continue this power play by calling the previous monthly Committee Meetings as ‘Special Meetings.’ That way only 48 hours would be required for public notification. And they announce it on the Committee web page that no one sees (except me because I check it twice a day.)

The Board is STILL VIOLATING the public record laws by not releasing Committee Minutes. Even though they are emailed to each Board Member before each Board meeting in pdf format, they are still not released.

I FIND IT VERY HYPOCRITICAL THAT A  BOARD MEMBER CALLED JOE MAIMONE OUT FOR NOT RELEASING SALARY INFORMATION TO THE RC CATALYST RIGHT AWAY YET THIS BOARD HAS WITHHELD RECORDS FOR 108 DAYS! 

Come to the Board Meeting and let your voice be heard! The Board wants you to be to intimidated to speak up. There is power in numbers! 1044 people have signed the petition against the Board’s actions.  

NO CONFIDENCE VOTE- THE BOARD MUST GO!
