His film, An Off day is an absolute gem and now he comes with his next film Sexy Durga that has travelled the world over and is now being denied screening at our very own MAMI. the indie film makers have a minuscule space to express their aesthtics and this decision is an attack on an already marginalised community of independent film makers that too in the country of its origin. We request the I &B Ministry to grant permission of screening to Sexy Durga and also abstain from decisions of film selection at film festivals that are opportunties for exposure to cinema from acroos the globe.
