automated emails,next step is filing an FIR

I have not received any proper reply from Indigo despite sending a registered AD along with the emails. They have clearly violated the DGCA guidelines and many cases of this sort have previously happened where they have taken disadvantage of the customer's lack of power.After sending another reminder,an FIR shall be filed for cheating on the basis of which I shall approach the consumer court.
