Please keep pushing and more details and goals.

Thank you to all who have signed this petition. We still have a long way to go. I would like to hit 5,000 signatures. Once we hit that number, I will start personally reaching out to all state legislators. I feel that number will give me some leverage. I will also ask people to do the same in the form on calls, emails and letters. I will also reach out to the press.  I will be working on drafting a more detailed outline for our Indiana state legislators. 

It will include:

1. Equipment qualifications for the tax credit (EX: must be UL listed, minimum size requirements, recommended DYI kits or reliable solar installers. I want people to purchase systems that are of excellent quality and will power their emergency needs at the minimum.  
2. Perhaps another monetary incentive if you purchase solar panels, batteries or racking made in Indiana or an Indiana based solar installation company. I am still researching companies.

We currently only have 36 signatures. We have a long way to go. But we must me patient and keep pushing. Please share this petition with everyone.
