Friends, Our activity on Curtis Hill's Facebook page has finally gotten some attention: Someone from his campaign has gone through and deleted all of the comments on Keith Cooper's case and blocked the commenters. I am sure that you may continue to tweet him @CurtisHill_IN, as he cannot delete those. I would like to be pleasantly surprised tomorrow with Hill's defeat in the race to become Indiana's Attorney General, but the effort to get Keith Cooper a pardon cannot depend upon it. After the election results are clear, I hope to suggest some new strategies we may try. Meanwhile, linked to this update is an article from the Elkhart Truth, the daily newspaper for Elkhart County where Hill has been the lead prosecutor. He blames Cooper for not doing what Hill himself is preventing Cooper from doing. At least now we have Hill on the record. I will post another update in 2-3 days.
