Public Hearing Granted! Original Permit Was Revised!

Great job everyone. Due to all of the public concerns, IDEM utilized many models in order to ensure the safety of the surrounding community and as such denied the first air permit and has since released a revised permit that is now in the 30-day public notice period. With that said IDEM also granted a public hearing for those of you who wish to ask actual IDEM personnel questions pertaining to the effects on air quality. The public meeting will be on September 12, 2019, at 5:30pm at Elkhart Central High School Auditorium. Please pass along the information to friends, family, and concerned citizens.
