Previous Board Meeting Concerns on 4/10/2014

BOARD MEMBERS had concerns about dust, odors, and residential properties near by back in 2014 and still approved! Now in 2019, with the additional mention of processes including drywall grinding, mulch, and storage of combustible fibers both inside and outside, the board still approves? Dust, odors, and residential properties don't matter anymore? Attached are the official meeting minutes from 2014 (public record).
