Dear All 

I wanted to bring your attention to this case of the Right To Self Determination that was triggered by the Islanders against the great power ( United Kingdom). It's not such a great power anymore but it thinks it is.

The Chagossians won their case at the ICJ. There's no reason why the Kashmiris can't. Pakistan stays tight lipped on this avenue preferring to take a superficial supportive role. 

Nevertheless, do this this. The lawyers in Kashmir ought to have thought about this but given their love of India, I suppose they believe in just accepting the status quo. Accepting the status quo is becoming dangerous though.
