Email sent to the UN Spokesman and Special Rapporteurs involved with Kashmir. The UNGA President once asked for feedback so we decided to write our view

Dear All
I refer to this report of the UNGA President
https://m.greaterkashmir.com/news/world/dialogue-must-to-resolve-kashmir-unga-president/310288.htm
The broken record of " dialogue" has been played repeatedly with zero effect. The people of Kashmir are disappointed and have no faith in the UN.
The UNGA President recently asked for feedback on how the UN could improve its performance. Here is the feedback
1. The above statement is a "cut and paste" of statements made on repeat since 2016.
2. The conflict has worsened due to these weak press statements of "dialogue'
3. Everyone knows India has a fascist government that refuses dialogue or mediation. Will the UN ask itself whether it would recommend dialogue with Hitler in Nazi Germany? I say this because it's clear the Indian government right arm ( RSS) supported Nazi Germany.
4. The UN has not moved in
a. Triggering a resolution at the HRC for a vote for a full inquiry
b. Referral to the ICJ for Kashmir
c. Allocating a mediator like Owen Dixon
d. Consideration on whether there are war crimes being committed.
e. The UN has never had a plan of action for the people
We ask the question, why is the United Nations so ineffective when it comes to the question of Kashmir? The only answer we have is because the UN wishes to preserve the donations by India. Is it a case of money before human rights?
The UN has failed Kashmir and its people. It's performance has been ineffective in the media and damaging to Kashmir. This limp and lethargic UN response is causing a huge increase in death rate and militancy which will eventually result in war in Kashmir. This is simply not good enough for a population that has suffered immensely without any help from yourselves.
There will be no response to this email. That ofcourse is yet another one of our criticisms of the UN. It focusses on non-emergency issues such as gender-parity and has no plan of action to resolve the longest dispute at the UN and can't even respond meaningfully to complainants.
In disappointment.
