We, the undersigned citizens of India, strongly condemn the ongoing Genocide and Warcrimes committed by The State of Israel against the people of Palestine.

Numerous credible international bodies, including the United Nations, International Criminal Court (ICC), and International Court of Justice (ICJ) - have directly condemned after launched investigations into Israel’s war crimes, which have resulted in the deaths of 60+ thousands of Civilians, including 70% Kids, Children's, and Women's are blasted by US aided Israel Bombs. 

Despite this, the Government of India under BJP's Narendra Modi administration continues to strengthen ties with War criminals Israel through Military, Intelligence, and Economic partnerships. This continued relationship is in direct contradiction to India’s constitutional values, historical foreign policy, and its legacy as a leader of the Non-Aligned Movement.

India must not be complicit in Genocide. We therefore demand the following immediate steps:

1. Must end the Diplomatic and Military ties with Israel until it complies with UN and International Humanitarian Law. 
2. Ban the Import and Export of Weapons/Products and any technologies to and from Israel.  
3. Restore India’s public support for the State of Palestine and back its full UN membership.
4. Publicly condemn Israel's war crimes and uphold ICJ and ICC rulings.

We appeal to the Government of India to act morally and constitutionally. India's silence and alliance with a genocidal regime tarnishes its image on the global stage.
