We, the Association of AAI Employees, urge the government to increase the retirement age of government workers from 60 to 62 years. This is a reasonable and necessary demand that will benefit both the employees and the nation. Increasing the retirement age will allow the experienced and skilled workers to continue serving the public sector and contributing to the development of the country. It will also reduce the burden on the pension system and save the government's resources. Moreover, it will align the retirement age of government workers with that of banking institutions, which is already 62 years. This will ensure fairness and consistency across different sectors and prevent discrimination. Therefore, we request the government to consider our demand and implement it as soon as possible.
