Let Virginia lawmakers and VDOT know that they should increase the speed limit of 55 mph to reflect the actual flow of traffic! The speed limit should be increased to 65/70 mph, and drivers should avoid speed traps set by state troopers. Most drivers already drive over 55 mph, so why hasn't this been reflected in recent years?
