Sadly, we have seen no change from the province on this. It's been a while since there's been an update. Life has gotten in the way of things and apologies for the delay.
It is time to hold a/an (informal) meeting for those interested in putting this issue first and foremost in front of lawmakers. There are many suggestions that have been made both here, and online for ways to make this highway safer for all involved. Most take very little money, all require willpower from Lawmakers to do so.
We will be scheduling an online meeting via one of the platforms soon. Most likely in the first of August to ensure time for people to block it off. We will be looking for ideas, (polite) discussion and commitments from people to help us formalize this suggestion process and lobby for the change
