I am a regular customer at our local Walmart in Union, South Carolina and have grown close to the hardworking cart pushers. From what I've observed and heard, there seems to be an unfair distribution of workload among full-time and part-time employees. Full-time employees are often left to manage the bulk of the work by themselves while part-timers seem to have a lighter load.

This imbalance not only affects employee morale but also impacts customer experience as fewer carts are available when needed. According to a study by Harvard Business Review, fair division of labor is crucial for employee satisfaction which directly influences customer service quality (Harvard Business Review).

We believe that increasing the number of cart pushers would alleviate this issue, ensuring fair workload distribution and improving overall store efficiency. We urge Walmart management in Union, South Carolina to address this concern promptly.
