According to recent reports and polls, antisemitism in the United States continues to rise, especially in the year following the October 7, 2023, attack on Israel. Data from the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and surveys from sources like the American Jewish Committee (AJC) and The Washington Post show increased incidents, higher fear among Jewish Americans, and concerning trends on college campuses.
I am the daughter of Holocaust, ghetto, WWII, and antisemitic pogrom survivors. I have personally experienced antisemitism, which forced me to sacrifice my dreams of higher education in music and medicine.
The thought that our children and future generations are now facing antisemitism here in the U.S. has awakened in me a fierce Mama Bear and reconnected me profoundly to my family’s history and our Jewish heritage.
Our generation carries the sacred responsibility to ensure that Jewish history is taught and remembered — so it is never repeated.
Jewish American Heritage Education must start in schools now!
Teaching children Jewish American heritage history is the best way to combat antisemitsm
May our pride, resilience, and heritage be passed down — from our ancestors to future generations — unbroken and stronger than ever.
Never Forget and Never Again Is NOW.
