Kiara's children, like many others, enjoy playing on Roblox, an online social gaming platform. But she, as countless other parents, has discovered a terrifying truth: Roblox isn't as child-friendly as it seems. A significant concern has arisen due to the malicious individuals who use this platform to prey on children. The anonymity and interactive features of Roblox provides a gateway for such deceitful predators to target innocent victims.

A recent report published by the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) stated an alarming increase of 1060% in online grooming cases on gaming platforms, including Roblox, in comparison to the previous year.

With the current laws, popular platforms like Facebook and Instagram are included in the under sixteen social media ban. However, Roblox remains a glaring exception to this rule.
